HGP manages property throughout Summit, Park and Lake Counties .
HGP will advertise and show your property to prospective tenants.
HGP is responsible for carefully selecting the tenants that will occupy your property.
HGP will collect the monthly rent then send you a check and statement.
HGP is available seven days a week for any type of maintenance call and will handle all minor issues (under $200) for you. If a problem occurs that will cost more than that, HGP will attempt to contact you and get your permission to proceed further, but will not allow any damage to occur to your property.
Higher Ground Properties will locate house sitters for homeowners that don't want to rent out their properties, but at the sametime do not wish them to remain vacant. HGP requires a finder's fee to introduce the two parties.
Higher Ground Properties has been extremely successful in finding tenants for property owners who wish to manage their own properties but want help finding a tenant. HGP requires a finder's fee for this service.
